This Lent, don’t give up something, take up something! During Lent, our #LiveTheBible series will bring you a Bible passage and something practical you can do to help you live out that reading each day. Take up the #LiveTheBible challenge to renew your mind and transform your life…

Day 40

Read the Bible: Revelation 21:1,35a

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea … I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, Look! Gods dwelling-place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. He who was seated on the throne said, I am making everything new! Revelation 21:1,35a–5a&version=NIV

As Christ-followers were meant to be ambassadors of hope to bring hope to those who have lost hope. Who do you know that is struggling at the moment? Perhaps someone who is crying, in pain or mourning? Do something to bring a little bit of hope into their life today.

Share the Bible

Dont keep this to yourself, share our #LiveTheBible series with others so that they too can start a great new habit this Lent.

The old has gone, the new has come.
